INDUSTRIAL DRILLING SOLUTIONS

MINING INDUSTRY TRICONE &
DIAMOND PDC DRILLING BITS

Penetration and wear are the two key elements of consistent drilling. We provide high-performance rock bits, PDC cutters, and drag bits engineered for the toughest geological formations.

Optimized For Every Formation

There are 3 main categories for consistent drilling operations. We engineer bits specifically suited for the exact geological challenges of your site.

Soft Formation

Designed for unconsolidated sands, clays, soft limestone, red beds, and shale. Ensures rapid penetration with efficient fluid circulation.

Medium Formation

Engineered for calcites, dolomites, lime stones, and hard shale. Balances aggressive cutting structures with structural durability.

Hard Formation

Built for hard shale, mudstones, cherty limestone, and abrasive formations. Features maximum tungsten carbide insert protection.

Core Drilling Inventory

Explore our extensive range of high-definition industrial drill bits, manufactured to strict international API and IADC standards.

Tricone Rock Bits

Available in steel tooth and tungsten carbide insert (TCI) designs. Incorporates advanced bearing systems for prolonged drilling life.

PDC Cutters & Drill Bits

Polycrystalline Diamond Compact bits for Oil, Gas, and Coal Mining. Offers extreme wear resistance and high thermal stability.

Drag Bits & Workover Bits

Economical solutions for softer geological formations and shallower depths. Features silver-soldered tungsten carbide tips.

DTH Hammer Bits

Down-The-Hole hammer bits equipped with advanced tungsten carbide matrix for superior impact energy transfer.

IADC Classification & Engineering Data

Finding the appropriate drill bit is crucial. We utilize standard IADC codes to ensure drillers accurately match the bit to the geological formation and operational requirements.

First Digit: Formation Hardness

1, 2, and 3 designate STEEL TOOTH BITS (Soft to Hard). 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 designate TUNGSTEN CARBIDE INSERT BITS.

Second & Third Digits: Breakdown & Bearings

Further breakdown of formation hardness (1-4) and classification according to bearing/seal type and gauge wear protection.

Fluid Circulation System

All bits feature optimized fluid circulation (water, air, oil, or foam) to clean away cuttings, stabilize the borehole wall, and cool the bit.
